Are You Tired of Having This Annoying Problem? Then You’re In The Right Place. Accomplish Something Amazing With This Membership.
The format for this section is known as PAS: Pain, Agitation, Solution. Start by identifying your customer’s pain.
Show them that you understand their problem.
The problem or frustration that you’re describing should hit close to home for the reader. They should be familiar with the circumstances you’re describing. Next, transition to talking about outcomes and paint a picture of how life could be easier…
Surely there has to be a better way (of course there is, that’ll be where your product comes in!). Think about how amazing it would be if you could…
Thankfully we have the solution…
This is where your membership comes to the rescue. It’s the hero of the story and is your chance to show your potential members how you can tackle the problems highlighted in the previous section and deliver what your audience is looking for. You could include a product shot or short video showing your membership in action.
Set out the high level benefits, how their situation will change as a result of becoming a member and what makes you different.
Use images or icons to illustrate.

Share two to three short paragraphs sharing a bit about you – who you are, why you created the membership and why you’re the best person to help them. Include a professional headshot if possible.
Demonstrate that you understand their situation, you’ve been where they are and you’re the right person to get them to where they want to go.
Highlight specific features and content that members will get access to as part of their subscription – courses, workshops, live sessions – whatever it is. Use images or icons to illustrate.

Pull out a few key words for a testimonial title
Customer testimonials are a powerful conversion element. Display them here to demonstrate that your membership has many customers and that those customers are very happy with their purchase.

Give a bit of information about who the membership is designed for, perhaps even highlighting who it would be wrong for too.
Describe your cancellation process. Assuming you enable members to cancel themselves, emphasise this so they know that they’re in control and not locked in.
If any content is restricted and not available to members instantly upon joining then it’s important that you’re clear about this upfront
There are members who will think they can access any content that was released during their time as a member, even after their membership is cancelled. This is very rarely the case so address this here to cover yourself if the question comes up.
It’s a good idea to make it possible for members joining on a monthly plan to later upgrade to an annual (or quarterly etc) so make it clear that this will be an option
Typically you’d only include this question if you don’t offer a trial. You could offer one on request or create a “behind the scenes” video that you can link people to which shows them the inside of the membership and further explains what is on offer.
